Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned team of trained cleaners will be cleaning your home. We do not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances inside of your home, business or vacation rental.
How will our relationship work?
We know we can earn your trust through our hard work, dedication and open communication. That's why at All In One Cleaning there are no termed contracts to sign just a terms of service which can be canceled at any time.
What time will you be at my home?
All of our cleanings are by appointment with a specific time frame given. The time frames available are Morning, Afternoon or Late Afternoon. We will arrive within the time frame given or give prior notice to any changes. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Should you require service outside of normal business hours we will make every effort to meet your request, simply discuss your needs with our office to make arrangements.
How do I pay for service:
All In One Cleaning only accepts credit cards. Payment is due prior to services rendered and will be charged the day prior to the scheduled cleaning.
What is your cancellation policy?
At All In One Cleaning we understand how hectic the lives of our clients can be which is why being flexible is of the utmost importance to us. Should you ever need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we merely require a forty eight hour notice, simply call our office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and we will reschedule at no additional charge to you.
Do I need to be at home for my cleaning?
Most of our clients are not at home during their scheduled cleanings. Only the owners who will be cleaning your home will have access to it. Should you feel at all uncomfortable providing a key, you may leave it in a secure place the day of cleaning and we will leave it on the kitchen counter prior to departure. Should we arrive to your home for a scheduled cleaning and are unable to access your home, you will incur a lockout fee. If you are close by and would like for us to wait, we will wait up to ten minutes at no additional charge to you.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Not at all. We will bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment using only the best products & top of the line equipment available for your home. If you prefer a particular cleaning product, simply call our office in advance and we will use that product for your home at no additional charge to you. Have allergies or prefer green cleaning? Not to worry our cleaners are fully trained in eco friendly cleaning practices, simply request your cleaning to be green when you make your appointment, it's that easy.
What should I do with my pets during my cleaning?
At All In One Cleaning we love pets and will try to keep your pets as comfortable as possible during our cleaning. Please advise us when you book your appointment if you have pets and any relative information we may need to know. If you have aggressive pets, please inform us during your booking and place them in a separate room or kennel during your scheduled cleaning.
